January 20th

Today we were in Manta, Ecuador. We hired a car, driver and guide for the day and went to Bahía Caraquez, north of Manta. We drove through the shore towns of San Clemente and San Jacinto. We climbed up the cross at Mirador de la Cruz for the spectacular views.
On our days at sea Diane goes to trivia quiz  twice a day and lays in the sun. We have also been doing laps on the track. (On Thursday Barry did 101 laps ~9 miles and could not walk too well on Friday!)

Hi Barry and Diane, This is Mom, I just got to Mark and Vicky home today. Mark met us at Bakers Square. We had free pie. Lynn and Gregg were there too. Still very cold here. About time it warms up. I am now Forteo injections. Gregg took me to a class on osteoprosis on Monday. He stayed there while I went to class. We had a while before the appointment so we visited with Gary and Patti first. They were glad we stopped in cause they don't get out of the house much. Saturday we went to Gordan's basketball game in Kindred. Lori left for N.C. on Monday to look into another product line for their business. Vicky just brought an email Diane sent out on Jan 28. I plan to go to the Lentz double baby shower with Vicky on Saturday Feb 7.
Bye for now.
Love Mom
Love Mark and Vic too. (Mark was the publisher of this article.)
